Within the framework of the National Survey Program on inventories of HFCs and ozone layer depleting substances (ODS) by the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) and the Bilateral Fund of the Decree Letter of funding (MF) implemented currently through the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the World Bank, VNEEC together with the Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change held a workshop on HCFC elimination and prepared for exclusion HFC.
The workshop took place on the morning of September 17, 2016 at Kim Do Hotel, Nguyen Hue Street, District I, Ho Chi Minh City. Attending the seminar were 60 delegates from business enterprises in the cold industry, representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and consulting units.
The purpose of the workshop is to provide participants with a workshop with information such as international negotiations on HFC phase out, views of the Government of Vietnam and the need to collect information on quantities and sectors of using HFC substance, preparing Vietnam to develop strategies and participate in phase down HFCs.
At the workshop, VNEEC presented the results of the initial survey, the method of collecting and analyzing the survey and survey information.
