On March 24, 2026, at the headquarters of Energy and Environment Consultancy Joint Stock Company (VNEEC), the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation and investment assessment between VNEEC and EPRO Consulting Joint Stock Company (EPRO) was successfully held. The event marks an important milestone in strengthening collaboration between the two parties, aiming to leverage their respective expertise, expand technical capacity, and meet the growing demands in the fields of environment and climate change.
With 18 years of experience, EPRO has strong capabilities in consulting on sustainable production and consumption, as well as energy efficiency. The company also possesses in-depth expertise in greenhouse gas inventories and the development of emission reduction solutions, with numerous projects implemented both domestically and internationally.
As for VNEEC, as a reputable consulting firm in the fields of policy, climate change, and carbon markets in Vietnam, the company is oriented toward expanding its technical capacity through strategic partnerships and investments. The signing of this MoU with EPRO represents a concrete step toward realizing this direction, while opening up opportunities for enhanced connectivity and complementary strengths between the two organizations.

The MoU is established to record the initial agreement between the two parties on the cooperation framework and a roadmap for assessing the feasibility of a potential M&A transaction involving EPRO. At the same time, it serves as a foundation for VNEEC and EPRO to jointly develop by leveraging their complementary strengths, thereby further reinforcing their pioneering roles in advancing energy, environmental, and emission reduction solutions in Vietnam.
