The visit began with a kick-off meeting to align on the survey objectives, scope of work, and implementation approach. Following the meeting, the team reviewed the production lines, energy systems, and auxiliary facilities that may generate emissions. Key activities included defining the plant boundaries and operational scope; identifying all emission sources related to fuel combustion, clinker production, electricity consumption, refrigerants, wastewater treatment and solid waste management; and collecting preliminary data on raw materials, fuels, and operating parameters. Based on these findings, VNEEC provided recommendations to improve VCM’s GHG data consolidation and control processes.
