Stakeholder consultation for the development of the Greenity Nam Dinh Waste-to-Energy Plant project under the Gold Standard for the Global Goals (GS4GG)

Greenity Nam Dinh Energy Joint Stock Company is the project owner of the Greenity Nam Dinh Waste-to-Energy Plant, located within the Waste Treatment Complex, My Loc Commune, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province (currently My Loc Ward, Ninh Binh Province). The project is designed with a waste treatment capacity of 950 tons per day and a power generation capacity of 15 MW, and is expected to commence operation in September 2026. The implementation of the waste-to-energy technology aims to ensure efficient waste management, facilitate energy recovery, and contribute electricity to the national grid, thereby promoting environmental protection and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In order to demonstrate the project’s contribution to environmental protection and sustainable development, we are currently cooperating with the Energy and Environment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VNEEC) to develop and register the project under the Gold Standard for the Global Goals (GS4GG) certification scheme.
